Good morning!
Hard to believe we are approaching the end of the first nine weeks of the 2018-2019 school year! The official last day of the quarter is Thursday, October 4, 2018. In order for teachers to adequately devote the time necessary to score the standards-based indicators for the 1st 9 weeks report card, the OnCourse Connect grading portal will close today at 8:30am. The OnCourse Connect grading portal will re-open the day that report cards are printed and sent home. In the future, the OnCourse Connect grading portal generally closes about a week before the end of the quarter and re-opens when the report cards go home, generally about a week or two after the quarter ends.
Your child's teachers are aware that it is closed and will continue to send emailed progress reports on necessary summative grades, as well as keeping you up-to-date while the portal is closed. If you are concerned about your child's progress, please do not hesitate to contact the teacher.
We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity for this time to provide you with detailed information about your child's progress so far this year.
