Jefferson Parish Library Card Application - Parent Notice KDHSA Families, We hope you are off to a great week! At KDHSA, we recognize the value of a public library card. Jefferson Parish library card applications were sent home with all 5th - 8th grade students today. We ask that the library card applications be completed and returned to your child’s homeroom teacher by Wednesday, November 7, 2018. All 5th - 8th students who return a completed form by Wednesday (11/7) will have the option of wearing “socks of choice” and/or “shoes of choice” Thursday, November 8, 2018. If a student currently has a Jefferson Parish Library card, they are allowed to participate in the incentive if they show their Jefferson Parish Library card to their homeroom teacher by Wednesday, 11/7/2018. As always, we appreciate your support.
